personal journal · beliefs
Understand your thoughts. Transform your beliefs.
You write like in any other journal. SlfMind rereads it and spots the beliefs that keep coming back — the ones holding you back, the ones carrying you forward — with the exact sentence that illustrates them. Nothing is guessed: you choose what you keep.

"When I slow down, I lose my worth."

the problem
Why does your journal keep going in circles?
You recap your day, you note how you felt — and the following week, the same scene comes back, with the same feeling. A regular journal captures the moment. Never what keeps bringing it back.
SlfMind looks one layer deeper: not what you feel, but what you believe — about yourself, about your worth, about what you're capable of. That belief is what keeps coming back, not chance.
how it works
Four steps, never more.
You write
A free entry, or a question of the day if you're not sure where to start. Your text stays encrypted on your device — it never leaves your phone to be stored.
SlfMind rereads it
During the analysis, your text is read once to extract the beliefs that come through, with the exact sentence that illustrates them. Never summarized, never reworded — the quote stays yours.
You keep it or skip it
Every detected belief is proposed to you, never imposed. You choose the ones that genuinely speak to you; the rest disappears without a trace.
It evolves with you
Two concrete tasks per belief you keep, to loosen or reinforce it. Every new entry that confirms or contradicts it moves its curve — you see the distance covered, not just the present moment.
"I keep the commitments I make to myself."

the difference
A regular journal. SlfMind.
what you'll find in it
Not just another journal. A mirror that remembers.
The constellation
Your supportive and limiting beliefs take the shape of a graph — you see at a glance which ones dominate, and which ones moved this week.
Targeted tasks
Two concrete actions per belief you keep, not a generic list of wellness tips. To loosen a limiting one, or reinforce a supportive one.
As many journals as you want
The daily journal to start with, and one personal journal included for whatever doesn't fit there — work, sports, anything else.
Affirmations that belong to you
Generated from your own beliefs, never off-the-shelf phrases — and you can write your own too.
Encrypted, on your device
The content of your entries is encrypted (AES-256) and stays on your phone. Only the beliefs that emerge from it are synced, to follow you if you change devices.
Your data belongs to you
Export or import your entire local journal in one tap, anytime — and delete your account whenever you want, data included.
over time
A belief is never set in stone.
Every entry that confirms it reinforces it; every entry that contradicts it loosens it. Enough evidence in one direction, and a limiting belief can even turn into a supportive one — nothing for you to calculate.
"I'm not good enough at this"
loosened by 12% this month
"I keep my commitments"

"I have to do everything alone"

questions
What we get asked the most.
Are my journal entries private?+
The text of your entries stays encrypted on your phone, never stored on our servers. Only the beliefs it reveals — never the text — are synced, so your progress follows you if you change devices.
Does this replace therapy?+
No. SlfMind helps you spot patterns in what you write, but it's not therapeutic support. For real psychological care, a licensed professional is still the right place to go.
Do I have to write every day?+
No, no pressure and no streak to keep up. Write whenever you need to — reminders are there to help, never to guilt-trip you, and you can turn every one of them off.
Can a detected belief actually change?+
Yes. Every entry that confirms or contradicts it moves its gauge, and a limiting belief can even turn into a supportive one once contradicted enough — or the other way around, if evidence builds up against it.
Free vs. paid, what actually changes?+
The free version keeps a journal you can genuinely use day to day: unlimited writing, one analysis a day, up to 3 tracked beliefs. The complete version lifts those limits and adds the constellation, unlimited journals, and the AI-generated monthly report.
The first entry is enough to see what comes out of it.
Write like you would anywhere else. SlfMind takes care of the rest.
